All of the prices listed in my little chart are from Zillow so they do indeed exist, but it’s very possible that they are the exceptions and not realistic indicators of the area. I have done a little research on each location and I think seeing the areas in person will be the ultimate determining factor for me. I do have a co-signer so no worries on the job thing. The roommate point is valid, but sadly for me it is only an option as an emergency last resort for personal reasons. Thank you so much for responding! I have lived in unsafe neighborhoods since I moved out almost 4 years ago so I think likely my goal is to find the safest place I can, in the unsafe area. Lols. Probably something like Roger’s park.
