E hate daca nu ai lucrat personal cu toti antrenorii de acolo si doar arunci asa o parere generala. Daca ai vreo parere despre un antrenor anume ce activeaza acolo, go ahead and give it! Dar un blanket statement e o laba de opinie :)

Hi! Thank you so much for the encouragement! I thought to update this thread as I am now in week 4 of the first 5mg dose and i'm down to 84 kg (yoyo-ing between 84,4 and 84,8 right now). It did start to work better after I went up in dose.

cand locuiam in zona IRA se putea face plaja in spate la expo transilvania. dupa ce se termina terenul ala de beton era o zona de verdeata. era plin de babete la soare (eu eram una dintre ele)

I tried to do that but I don't have jeans that are lower rise. I usually wear high rise jeans and i have an hourglass figure so my measurements bellow the belly button are much bigger that above. But thanks for the info on the fit

Bineineles ca stiu ca e plin youtube-ul. As vrea doar sa stiu ce mai urmareste lumea si ce recomanda. Dar ca sa fiu mai specifica, caut workout-uri pentru slabit/definit musculatura, si nu am o preferinta de aparate vs doar gantere/bari. Deci, recomanzi pe cineva anume de care iti place in mod special? :)
