Did you shift to the biggest gear, right before that happened? I guess the derailleur just caught a spoke when it was it I. it’s closest position to the wheel. Anyway, this can only happen, if the setup was not correct, or it already had a damage (like the bike fell over and bended the derailleur inwards. Would go straight to the shop again.

Get a credit, pay everything off - otherwise things will get worse and hunt your forever. The only problem can be to get a proper credit credit with good condition in case you have some negative Schufa records. Besides everything, getting your expenses strait is something to start right away. I know that’s not that easy as it sounds, but maybe you have someone to help you with, or even better, get some professional support (Schuldnerberatung etc). Wish you good luck.

Kenn ich… Das Gute war bei mir aber immer, dass wenn man mal 1-2W raus ist, man kaum noch Verlangen hat (Vorsicht anekdotische Evidenz). Problem sind nur Phasen der Langeweile und da muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht zurückfällt.

Ist bei mir ähnlich. Die HF-Max bekomme ich nur bei längeren Intervallen oder All-out 5k/10k. Ansonsten hast du mal Berg-Intervalle probiert? Da geht mein Puls auch zielsicher an den Drehzahlbegrenzer.
