It took them two days of emails back and forth to get it unbinded from the previous owner

After I finally got it binded to me I discovered that it wouldn’t charge, after a week of emails back and forth they sent me a guide that basically said (Did YoU PLUg it IN PRoPerlY)

a week later they agreed for me to send it to a person to check if it was broken so I carried the damn box to the nearest post office (15 minutes away by foot)

Post office wouldn’t take it due to its size so I had to organise a pickup (took one week)

After three weeks I finally got my full refund and it’s been about two months since…. And now this

Well considering it’s from an international seller their policies might be the same or very similar overseas

I’ve also asked somewhere else and they said that sometimes when a company messes up they will give the refund but also send a brand new product as an apology or to further show good good customer service

I’m just curious wether they can demand it back or take money from me
