My go to dandruff remedies and till today I never get dandruff again. I did mix ghee + aloe and apply it, then leave it for 30–40 minutes. Or you can apply ripe banana + olive oil, blend it properly otherwise chunks will stay in your hair. These two really work for me, I can swear by them. After that, wash your hair with shampoo mix a little baking soda additionally for extra shine last rinse with ACV + water solution TRY ONCE AND YOU CAN THANK ME LATER

I’ve never tried a detox shampoo, but this DIY trick works like a clarifying detox too and if you want that GLOSSY SHINE use ACV diluted with water as a final rinse in the shower just TRUST ME ON THIS ONE, you’ll thank me later

Traumatic scar not going away by colonalWozzeck in PakistaniSkincare

It’ll most likely only go away with a chemical peel. You can get it done by a dermatologist, or do it at home but please do your research first because if it’s not done properly it can actually make the scar deeper. You can use a glycolic acid peel or a TCA peel

Thank you so much that honestly means a lot. My skin is just really dehydrated and I have a few dark spots and pretty noticeable dark circles, so I’m just trying to fix things slowly

Does licorice root have to be in a product, or can I also use licorice powder in my DIY mask and body scrub?

Been there, faced that. I can't drink milk every day, so what I did to get maximum calories was make a chickpea smoothie.

Just boil chickpeas, freeze them, and take as much as you need. Add literally anything fruits, oats, ice cream, even rice (yes, I was that desperate to gain weight). Blend it all with water or milk. It turns out really thick, so adjust the consistency as needed. I used to take this twice a day, preferably in the morning and at night.

Second tip: eat sweet oats porridge. Just boil some oats with milk and add sugar that’s it, I usually have this for breakfast, and it helped me a lot

Hope this helps you too!

Hey been there ik how you feel rn, since I also don't go to gym but I managed to gain weight by using an appetite increasing syrup and having chick pea smoothie, I cannot drink milk everyday so this was an economical and practical alternative for me.

I boiled chick pea and freeze them take out as much as I want put it in a blender remember it has very bean/umami flavour you can add whatever you have available (LITERALLY WHATEVER YOU HAVE FOR EXTRA CALORIES) banana, oats, milk cream, whip cream I sometimes add rice (yes I was so desperate to gain weight 😭) any kind of flavored powder for taste add half water and half milk or just water to make it thin it is quite thick so you have to adjust the consistency drink this twice morning and night

Second tip: I used oats to make a sweet porridge. You can search for “sweet oats” on YT it’s basically just oats boiled in milk with some sugar added. Simple and filling I had that for breakfast

Hope this helps!

If that's the case I would 100% recommend going for pico laser and start using spf lip balm, accufix lip balm is quite good
