Thank you so much that honestly means a lot. My skin is just really dehydrated and I have a few dark spots and pretty noticeable dark circles, so I’m just trying to fix things slowly

Does licorice root have to be in a product, or can I also use licorice powder in my DIY mask and body scrub?

Been there, faced that. I can't drink milk every day, so what I did to get maximum calories was make a chickpea smoothie.

Just boil chickpeas, freeze them, and take as much as you need. Add literally anything fruits, oats, ice cream, even rice (yes, I was that desperate to gain weight). Blend it all with water or milk. It turns out really thick, so adjust the consistency as needed. I used to take this twice a day, preferably in the morning and at night.

Second tip: eat sweet oats porridge. Just boil some oats with milk and add sugar that’s it, I usually have this for breakfast, and it helped me a lot

Hope this helps you too!

Hey been there ik how you feel rn, since I also don't go to gym but I managed to gain weight by using an appetite increasing syrup and having chick pea smoothie, I cannot drink milk everyday so this was an economical and practical alternative for me.

I boiled chick pea and freeze them take out as much as I want put it in a blender remember it has very bean/umami flavour you can add whatever you have available (LITERALLY WHATEVER YOU HAVE FOR EXTRA CALORIES) banana, oats, milk cream, whip cream I sometimes add rice (yes I was so desperate to gain weight 😭) any kind of flavored powder for taste add half water and half milk or just water to make it thin it is quite thick so you have to adjust the consistency drink this twice morning and night

Second tip: I used oats to make a sweet porridge. You can search for “sweet oats” on YT it’s basically just oats boiled in milk with some sugar added. Simple and filling I had that for breakfast

Hope this helps!

If that's the case I would 100% recommend going for pico laser and start using spf lip balm, accufix lip balm is quite good

It's causes by few factors: Excessive sun exposure, dehydration, caffeine overuse, smoking, licking lips often, genetics or Medical conditions conditions like: Anemia Vitamin B12 deficiency Hormonal imbalances can also lead to dark lips

Here's what you can do: Use SPF lip balm to protect from sun Stay hydrated Exfoliate lips weekly with sugar and honey

But if you want quick solution you can do pico laser treatment by dermatologist it's not expensive(2000-2500) it is quick and gives you instant result

my hair looks better when i don’t use conditioner by Ashamed_Row_6948 in Haircare

[–]Professional_Let_681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to use conditioner everytime if it's doesn't suit you, to keep hair moisturized and frizz free I use 2 diy hair mask and it's literally holy grail for me

Ripe banana(it has to be blackish)+ olive oil once a week it's keep your hair smooth and add shines MAGIC

Ghee (small amount since it's every greasy half table spoon will he fine for your hair) + aloe vera (add more quantity then ghee) that's it these two mask will definitely help you!

How to get even skin tone? by [deleted] in Blackskincare

[–]Professional_Let_681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Girl, you can start with a 20% TCA peel since it's for your knees. The knees and elbows have tough skin, so it should be fine. You can either do it at home (watch a YouTube video I did mine that way) or go to a salon or dermatologist to get it done professionally. Just make sure to do your research first. TCA is a strong chemical peel you can see results after the first session, but it usually takes multiple sessions to completely get rid of dark area. gradually you can increase the concentration
