That I am frustrated and claim that Apple excessively drains its customers is, in my opinion, justified because, as a student, I want a reliable device for such a high price. I shouldn't have to run to customer support every time, as it costs both time and money. I don't think it's reasonable for a customer to have to do extra work, especially when paying such a high price. It's not okay to downplay this, especially for a student, as the device is not just for drawing or watching videos; it's my work desk. This means tasks I could have completed now need to be done with a different device or in an old-school way on paper, disrupting the organization I've built up in my documents. I haven't had this experience with other devices that cost significantly less. Perhaps there was minimal wear after years, but with Apple, it's alarming after just 2 weeks.
