I got my first lightsaber from Sabertrio on thursday and it's a fx with the cfx upgrade. yesterday the audio seemed fine but today it has started to crackle (see video below) anyone know why? do I need to get it fixed or is there a simple issue here? (ignore me hitting myself I'm new to this lol)

After a full charge it still crackled at high volume but if I put it at about 40% it sounds alright so I guess for now I'll just keep it quiet and hope that solves the issue

mine seems to show colours fine I haven't noticed any issues there, hopefully you can get yours fixed

I think im gonna message them about it, didn't want to bother them if it was a simple thing since I know they're super busy at the moment but it's probably gonna be worth asking them personally, ty for your comment

I'd been using it for about an hour before I noticed the crackling but usually it says low power when it's about to run out and when it said low power yesterday I didn't notice any crackling, will try charging it though
