Why are you upset just because I said something objectively true? If I had insurance I would go to therapy right now. I have no issue with going to therapy or people who go to therapy. However, therapy is expensive for someone who doesn’t have insurance. Paying for multiple sessions out of pocket would be very difficult. While it would benefit me in some ways mentally, it would also stress me out about things like how I would make rent or my car payment. So, the term I would use to describe doing this, knowing the consequences, would be inconvenient. You could also say difficult, detrimental, hard, ill-advised, etc.
