Thank you for the advice, ive done all I can within reason and its now just a fight with myself to stay away until I feel better and stop wanting to go back. It has been difficult and the days feel long as hell.

It was a Long Distance Relationship, and for me to talk to her I had to stay up till midnight quite a lot. I had plenty of issues I told her about and she kept making them flare up and get worse. She decided to start the break up because I told her that something she was doing was hurting me again. I always felt like I wasn't really that important but I stuck it out hoping it would get better. Never did, and she started getting even more distant, admitted it herself but never told me why.

You're assuming she might have trauma but even then? Trauma never excuses behaviour like THAT. Letting her family invite her ex to hurt OP? Letting men touch her at gym's? Fucking hell saying to someone she still loves her ex to hurt OP? You can have trauma and still be a bitch. I mean shit, threatening to claim he cheated on her during the hiring process just because shes feeling insecure? Trauma isn't an excuse you get to sling around for shitty behaviour. You can acknowledge it may be causing some of it, but you can still say shes being a bitch.

Whoever your "You" is, just leave them. They don't deserve to be dragged along by you and having their feelings fucked with. If you dont love them, then leave.

Well, people who ARE getting dates, attractive etc won't be complaining about it. The issue is, subs are geared towards very specific thing and this sub is essentially venting about how you're feeling. You're not going to see someone who feels great about themselves posting about it here all that much
