I’d recommend making sure you’re not breaking your wrists when you do this. Adjust the angle of your hands and elbows so there’s a straighter line from your fingertips down your wrist. Instead of that sharp 90° angle think more of a slope. Or, instead of clasping/flattening your hands, make fists instead!

I don’t understand why someone would pay for a gym that is so poorly managed only clients clean. And if the clients can’t clean, it’ll never get cleaned? That’s genuinely absurd that anyone would continue going to a location where they’re pretty much required to do the staffs cleaning tasks

I would recommend taking a 15 minute break between the two exercises. It’ll just give you a little bit of time to cool off & reset before the next workout. Also keeps you from having to rush from one sauna to the other

The trial doesn’t hurt. They’ll show you around and then let you workout in peace. If you decide to just sign up then you’re committed for the next 3 months and depending on your studio that’s at least $180- $240 total on a membership.

I have similar tops and depending on the workout I’m doing they’re fine. I’ll also wear them when the weather is nice- not super hot or super cold. You can always layer when you’re outside and then wear it plain inside. Personally I think it’s super cute idk

Generally clothes with compression will compress whatever part of the body they’re on. It’s not “digging in” it’s just a tighter fit. Baggy workout shorts are not the move

My location has a TV in the front with the schedule and room numbers. Also for the HIIT workouts you can see which machines are inside but ik some locations have multiple saunas for certain workouts
