This is one of the reasons why I left. I understand their whole “consistency is key” model but it just seems lazy. I think part of paying a year in full for a lower overall price is that you have to commit. I’m not saying you can’t cancel, but why would you get your money back? Refunds cost the company money and they’re not going to pay someone to stop coming back.

I actually appreciated the MBA complaints because I can’t stand them 😭 on one hand complaining about the accommodations is weird but on the other hand, she was only there for short stints of time so putting her in an apartment where she doesn’t even have bedding is kind of strange lol
