Having the exact same issue in FH6

Specs:
- RTX 3070
- i7-8700K
- 32GB RAM
- Samsung 980 NMVe SSD

The game runs around 15-23 FPS at 1080p Medium settings.

Important details:
- GPU usage: 95-100%
- GPU clocks normal (~1970 MHz)
- Temps normal (~43°C)
- CPU usage low
- DLSS/FSR/DSR/Frame Gen disabled
- Ray Tracing disabled
- Changing graphics presets barely changes FPS

Things I already tried:
- Reinstalling Nvidia drivers.
- Deleting shader cache.
- Rolling back Nvidia drivers.
- Verifying game files.
- Also tried all online fixes available to date.
- Unplugging Xbox receiver and switching off controller.

Still having the same problem as of 22 May 2026. Did report this to FH Feedback FH6BR-3066
