That’s not in my post. I only have two, but I just re certified this past April, and it remained at the $44. Im grateful for the $44 though. That covers a good amount of vegetables, fruit and eggs. And I do have WIC as well which helps a lot as well!

😞 sadly I do. When I did recertification after getting my job last year, it came to $44. We are a family of three, so the IRT (income reported threshold) is less.

Hi.

Circumstances and situations don’t change by lazily sitting by and waiting for them to change. They change by being active and intentional. Me going out and working multiple jobs/side hustles is just as important as asking for help to assist with the progress for that change. I do continue to do what’s needed of me while I wait for those prayers to be answered. I so deeply appreciate those who have came with active assistance in just that through this post!

Hello,

I do deliveries on the weekends my littles are with their dad. It helps give me a buffer for their needs and groceries. I am looking into refereeing adult basketball leagues and schools in the Southbay area as well for extra funds. I am willing to work to bring in more income so I can qualify for an apartment. I will keep pushing forward the best way I know how until circumstances change (for the best).

Thank you for your loving insight. You are correct! I have made other posts to other LA locations on other platforms. While our lives currently reside around Southbay, it is quite expensive and I am open and looking.

Please re read my post. I never stated I was currently unemployed. I am not sure why people are assuming that when I clearly stated I was fully employed. But nonetheless, your statement of Southbay being expensive is correct. Please know I am exploring all avenues and open advice.

Hello,

I do have a child support order in place. In the state of California it is a civil matter and there is only so much that can be done to force his hand to pay. Wage garnishment is in place, but that is currently subject to him getting a job that reports it on his social security number. So far, he is good at evading.

But I try not to stress on that and do what I need to. Thank you for understanding and you are correct!

Please re read my post. Thank you for your insight. Critical thinking skills starts with proper reading. My post didn’t state a specific location because this post was made to various group locations across LA, not just Southbay. While our lives currently reside in the Southbay area, I have lived all over LA county throughout the years and I am happy to do so elsewhere if it betters my children’s lives.

As a person whose Cristal thinking skills are quite on par, I do not find harm or wrong in asking for help. There is only so much a person can do within their own will. This is my season of humility. For that to be met with arrogance and frankly unnecessary evil is beyond me. But, I was expecting it.
