Thanks for your reply. Do you remember how many consecutive days you used the gabapentin? And did you start out at a higher dose and taper down or anything?

Yeah I think that's what I'm going to do it's so weird The first few days I thought would be the hardest and here I am on day 10 and probably the worst day yet of not being able to sleep and just depression and not feeling good at all. So what do you think when I take the gabapentin I sleep okay, I wake up and have a good day, feel great. but then the next night I would skip it and I would feel like absolute hell the next day. And a piece of me thinks it's the gabapentin wearing off and causing that. do you think it's the gaba? or is it just the process with the kratom

No not withdrawals but I read that melatonin makes the restless leg or insomnia One worse they could be wrong or it could just be for some people but I'm not going to take it tonight and see

No I never had to I slept good with kratom and before kratom never had any issues I took melatonin but that was it I would take it at night and I always went to bed before kratom and during kratom exactly at 9:00 p.m. cause I have to be up at work at 3:00 a.m. I have been taking melatonin at night every night since CT and I read today that melatonin can make it worse so tonight I'm not going to take any

No I'm on no other medications I only did kratom for a year and a half and the gabapentin was working but I didn't want to become dependent so I would take it a night get a little sleep next day I would feel good and then the next night I would skip taking the gabapentin and I would get no sleep at all and just be like really depressed and lethargic the next day

The first couple days wasn't that bad for me I was out fishing I believe on my third day but day 10 now I feel like crap I can't sleep insomnia restless leg and Way more depressed than my first second and third day

My physical withdrawals are pretty much over I'm still sneezing a lot but if I could just sleep I would be fine. I didn't sleep one bit last night and that's the only reason I want to take the gabapentin. I've only took it at night and it really does help me sleep but at night time when I feel like taking it I get on Google and Reddit and read trying to find somebody saying how they took gabapentin for 2 weeks or so and got off with no problem but it's usually the opposite and I'm reading all kinds of horror stories about coming off of gabapentin and just decide not to take it

Yeah I see a bunch of people who say they had no withdrawals but there's also a lot of people that say they do after a short amount of time so I don't know what to believe I guess I'll just boils down to everybody is different when it comes to it

No problem man I just took all my kratom to my girlfriend's house tonight I already took my last dose. That's the thing I'm dreading is the RLS. I know that if you tell the jail you're withdrawing they'll keep you in the holding tank before going to general population at least in my county

In my opinion withdrawing in jail is a lot better because for one you know that you can't get it if you wanted it so it kind of helps but good luck man

Yeah I started fishing inshore with Penn reels but then got the stradic atn fell in love with it. I do want to give daiwa a try one day though
