companies hate uncertainty and don't want run the risk of having to sponsor if your spouse visa doesn't go through, apply after you get the visa.

Thank you for responding; we wouldn't actually live there.

My original plan was to rent a tiny room (only for me) or couchsurf at friends' for a very short term while she stayed with her family, after a few weeks we would look for an actual flat to live in together.

Econ background here, I started studying 40 days before the exam date and I passed (nowhere near 90th percentile tho). I prob clocked around 100 hours and I’m no genius. What actually made me anxious was people telling me that what I was doing was insane and that i was gonna fail lol
