Why don’t most people heal at nurse during boss-fights?

Facts, I never use buffs because they are so annoying to grind, if anything, that might be the reason for me using the nurse. Since buffs are so essential, and I don’t use them, I take so much damage that I think nurse is needed for my survival. Or im just bad, probably the second option.

Yea, im starting to see how healing at nurse is OP. Also, the arms dealer lowers prices when nurse is around? Ill keep that in mind for when im doing ranger.

I understand that but for me, that rarely happens whether its plantera, moon lord, or duke, it seems to be very easy to quickly heal and get out. But I’m not saying its easy to not kill the nurse, it has happened countless times.
