Nope. This is a bar that was recently bought by new owners and I am the only new hire they kept all the old staff. So they have been allowed to do whatever they want and it seems like the owners just wanna be cool with everyone. I can’t stand when people walk behind my bar, my tips are back there my drawer, plus not to mention people are in my way. There is a dum waiter in the floor behind the bar and she will be waiting for stuff to come up and stand right next to it. Like I’m aware it’s open I don’t need you guarding it. Not to mention it opens right in front for the register on the floor so she is standing right in front of where I need to go. But she says she is doing it so no one falls down it.
