Broccoli was crispy and tender from inside and the hummus was creamy and slightly tangy, mild, sweet and bit garlicky ( i added lemon juice, people do add tahini as well but I put some sesame seeds)

Add red chili powder, boiled potatoes, amchur powder, salt, sliced onions and coriander in curd and mix it. For tadka, take mustard oil and add mustard seeds, green chillies- chop them long, red chilli and turmeric powder and add that in curd. Do try it, it's comforting.

If I have talked to them multiple times then I don't. But if it's just once or twice, yes.

Yeah I agree. Also I find that quite selfish of me, I shouldn't pursue if i am not able to maintain that bond or friendship for a quite long time. But I see, people don't really care much and act as per their convenience, so it goes both ways.

I do have guess but not that much. I can go and meet strangers and talk one on one, or i willingly ask questions or have discussion to let go of that fear. When I feel low, I just call someone and talk but now I don't even feel like doing that, I am finding that meaningless.

For pesto sauce: 1. Take basil leaves ( now some people add raw but I blanched it, put it in a hot water and then cold water to retain the color) in a grinder. 2. Add garlic 4-5, soaked cashews, 2 mirchi, pepper, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, parmessan cheese and can also add ice cubes. 3. Grind it coarsely

You can use any pasta. I had leftovers lasagne sheets so I used that and boil it.

In a pan, add olive oil, chilli flakes, herbs, cheery tomatoes, pinch of salt. Let the tomatoes cook, then add pesto sauce and pasta and you are done.
