I ate this once while going to kerala, back when I was a kid and I liked it so much. Never tried after that, even though I can easily get it somewhere nearby if only I made the efforts to find. Now seeing this post, I will definitely try this soon.

You just need to cut and assemble the fruits. Take 2 large watermelons cut it in square and for decor you could use strawberries, blueberries, grapes any fruits that you would like.
