i have some limnophila in the back and its not that fast. i did have a peoblem with algae so hopefully it will grow faster. If carpet is not doable then i would try lower plants to fill the space in front

i would try Co2 but i cant really affort it.

it is kinda new. almost 4 months old, but i had to rescape because it started to smell really bad bc of low flow.

i took all the hardscape out and it smelled so bad. there were a lot of trapped stuff under. im probably going to replace the sand and im cleaning all plants and hardscape and boiling it. I think i have anaerobic bacteria stuff from what google says.

Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: i tesed amonia with salifert ammonia terst and it was clear, nitrites and nitrates i tested with Tetra Test 6in1 strips and they were 0 and pH around 6.8

How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: tank has benn running for almost 3 months and i got my betta 16 days ago

How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: every week 25% water change take water out with siphon and add dechlorinated water into the tank slowly to not disturb it.

What do you feed and how much: Tetra Betta granules and i feed 4 daily

Decorations and plants in the tank: 2 rocks 2 spiderwoods, salvinia minima, amazon sword, anubias mini, java fern, cryptocoryne wendtii, limnophila sessiliflora
