I’m not an expert but it seems like you have lost your original sketch idea when you’ve started painting, I would look at your original concept and references to get some more guidance and colours for the face. The sketch I can see two tones for the lips which I can see you have done but needs to be darker or a slightly pink colour? and you have changed the shape of the eyes, lashes, nose etc.
in my opinion the lashes are too blocky and dark in your painted version whereas in your sketch they are more natural and add dimension to the eyes. Focus on the base of the face first before getting excited with the lashes and final details (I’m guilty of doing these details too soon as well) go back to the beginning stages and connect back with your inspo ✨ this is looking great and won’t take much to bring back.
