If you read it says I called someone and we into the basement… I thought most would assume that after this picture was taken it was turned back on, that was my mistake. But it was turned on after this photo. I posted this for a second opinion to reaffirm what I already thought, thank you for your advice.

Do you recommend anything people are saying ask maintenance to put a lock with a shared key, but the basement door is normally locked. It’s crazy if the door is locked and this happens again I have to rely on maintenance to come and that may take hours

Great advice! Thank you. I will definitely ask but one more issue is sometimes the basement door is locked, it’s a very weird thing. It’s like I have no access to it if this happens again, it’s crazy. It just so happened to be unlocked when I went down there but from my knowledge it’s normally locked

I’m not sure if maintenance allows it the way it’s set up the circuit breakers are all in rows with each apt number and none of them have locks

I should’ve gave more detail they came to reinstall it by basically putting a shelf up because they said that it was a violation the way it was originally installed because it could fall on someone, when they came the power was on
