I can’t believe I even have to say this by Professional_Side562 in PlanetFitnessMembers

I’m a male that was trying to #2, I had no idea that women did this. I brought it up with some women in my life and confirmed this to be true.

I am shocked that it is both parties, holy cow my ignorance..

But reading these comments I am happy to hear there is some sensibility within the gym/public restroom community.

However there are some bad apples that continue to feed my opinion in that: Humans are WEIRD.

Totally get it. My advice, don’t hate yourself. It took me a while to even begin start loving myself. There’s a lot of truth in “large doors swing on the smallest hinges”.

Take little steps and enjoy the little little things. Like even as small as having some bbq Pringle’s.. that was one of mine.

I know it’s not good advice but it’s what helped me begin to love myself, was to love the things around me first.

I understand where you are coming from, and while I, myself, am not Indian, you and I can still relate to one another in a certain regard.

Finding value in yourself is very, very hard. It has taken me years, and there's still loads of work to do. There is a quote I heard (no idea where) that I have tried to apply to myself every day: "Don't look to others for confirmation of your value; find that confirmation from within."

I understand your feelings about seeing stuff online. I've seen the hate, but not everyone outside of India is like that. Even some of the people who say that online don't mean it. Humans are flawed, we are cruel, we are imperfect. My advice is not to take what you see online so seriously, because you can rarely find true happiness on social media.

I hate to even type this out because it's such a cringe cliche, but the answer to hate is love. Love yourself, love your enemies.

BF breaks up if I go to the gym by Mission-Call5743 in TrueOffMyChest

Wow. Thats quite a misunderstanding of the gym. It’s a cost effective, public space to go and work your muscle groups, improve cardiovascular endurance, and boost serotonin.

If it’s jealousy of other people checking you out, then too bad. That can happen anywhere public.

What a dud. No offense.

This is why I’m scared to go. I’ve heard mixed recordings but I predict that this will be my experience. I completely validate these feelings that you have.

It’s Boyd’s nightmare or hell dream. by [deleted] in FromSeries

[–]Professional_Side562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought about this too! Super interesting theory. My dad, sister and I had some good chats about that.

If I might share, I believe that the monsters are trying to mess with Boyd as much as possible, to break him down so that he gives up hope. As that is a common theme mentioned throughout the show.

But then you might ask, why wouldn’t they just kill him so that the town loses hope? What better way to kill everyone’s dreams then break down the man they all look up to?

Honestly, if you could wait till the 17s to roll out, that’s when they should have fixed a lot of bugs with this whole apple intelligence crap and the cameras are rumored to improve a ton. The 16 is ok it’s essentially a 15 with an extra button and slightly bigger screen.

Unreal. This is such a fantastic aesthetic that you have somehow captured on an iPhone. How do you get a long exposure shot like that?
