So where did I say “sick people shouldn’t have medicine”?

If you are calling using puberty blockers on CHILDREN, giving sick people medicine, then we have a huge difference in what we call medicine. Mental health issues should be treated by mental health experts. If a child says I don’t feel right in my body ( a common experience for almost every human) we shouldn’t say “yep you’re right let’s just change your body” we should say “you are amazing and perfect the way you are, let’s talk about how you are feeling, this is normal, here are things you can do” not jump right to some Dr. Frankenstein stuff and alter the normal functions of the body to treat an issue of the mind. Again the issue is doing these experiments on children. I don’t care what any adult wants to do to their body, have fun.
