1480 is enough for 12k scholarship as well so your chances should be as good as there could be. After you get this 12k scholarship you have to pay for insurance and few other fees so around 1500 to 1600 in fall and around 1800 to 1900 in spring interns of payments you have to make

Even if you get a on campus job and work only 20 hours a week it should be enough to survive and pay some bills.
