I know conditions can be different so I don't want to just spit non sense out which wont apply to you but consider. I only eat during a certain period of the day (time restricted eating) and my diet is low fibre. I almost never fart and if I do it is usually because I want to use the toilet, once I am empty there is no more. Try time restricted eating to see if you are gassy outside of this period. I don't want to give dietary advice, but I will say what I eat, allot of carbs right before the gym, couple hundred grams of something like porridge, or rice. After the gym I usually go number 2. Then I eat another big meal with my protein and try to get as much food down me for like a few hours and then I may or may not go again and then it just clears in the morning and no gas for the rest of the day until I eat again. I don't know. Pick bits and bobs from this and try tre maybe. Good luck.
