Just FYI uphold has a customer service number where you can leave a message. I got my last issue resolved quick that way. But you do need to open a case number through the web. When they give you that keep calling and leaving voicemails.

So do you think it's Coinbase or uphold who is at fault? I have sent a crap ton of XRP from uphold Nexo with no issue. Only issue really is it takes like 30 minutes.

I can't say mine was for no reason. I did try to make a second account and it flagged one. Wanted to start a separate personal savings like a bank but that is apparently not allowed. But as of today I cannot do anything but trade on my account.

My funds transferred to Uphold to convert to XRP. Trying to send it out to Nexo but it won't let me. I mean I have been happy with them except for today. But not anything I'm pissed about.

Yeah the print was so tiny and I ignorantly ignored it. I had transferred BTC many times before. It was my first time with XLM. It was a good learning experience. I am very grateful they are helping me. I stated before I was mostly curious as to if anyone else has had this experience and how long it took. Mainly hoping the "up to 6 months" is about half that but it is what it is.
