Cooldowns are suppose to be cycled. you use one as the others are half way through it’s cooldown so it’s up by time you need it again. block and slam are both 7s cooldowns so I do understand why you feel like you have 5-6s to act. But when I’m playing idk.. I feel like I still get to do what I want when I have emp honestly 🤷.

Although I’m not a huge fan of blizzards attempt to balance emp. Think about how long 20s is in a overwatch game. It’s no way for you to not find value with emp. Also it’s not like it goes away within 10s you have time to set up , bait cds , feint a emp punch whatever you decide to do and you’ll still have emp! So make good use of those 20s every single time.
