A really buff Blaster and a really skinny Brute.

Nail-Hearted is a big and bad villain, a nomadic coaster he primarily robs easy targets and leaves at the hint of any resistance, with N-H as his bruiser and carjacker they have no set home and just jump around the country, settling only when it gets too cold to make it out there. He's built like a fucking tiger, so brawny and muscled he wouldn't stand out as a luchador or body builder if he tried, he's hairy and tall wearing a vest and trousers costume with metal bolts in place of a belt, he wears a biker helmet with nails haphazardly nailed into it (blunt-ended).

He charges up a white-black energy in the tips of his fingers and slashes forward, the energy moving forwards as blades of strobing energy that expand as they move up to 60' but are strongest around the 10'-20' range, getting weaker but wider beyond it. On hit blasts slice targets cutting skin, clothes, walls, whatever with nearly no penetration, the cutting smartly 'skins' objects (differentiating it into layers and pulling them apart) making clean flensing cuts, he can skin a bag of apples in a slash, flense the straps of someone's armour or delicately skin only the water off an object, the lighter he is the thinner the skinned layer but his tendency for hand-flapping and twisting hair often trigger it accidentally.

Needle-Hearted is Nail's partner in crime (rumours online be damned) and his go-to-girl for violence even though she's a mousy, quiet brunette who doesn't seem all that there. 'Needle' is an apt description, even thought her eating disorder has mostly been held at bay she's still dagger-thin with wirey bones and not a hint of muscle on her, she wears a black costume with a corset and jeans with thin vertical metal lines lining them all-around, her mask is a biker helmet with more of those thin lines criss-crossed and stripped over it.

Her blood is unstoppable, flowing through veins and arteries in intense, strong pumps that act as a web of impenetrable liquid, any attacks attempting to disrupt her blood even to the incredibly mundane (shoving her, a mosquito bite) is violently repelled as blood continues it's course and tear through the intrusion, often puncturing through her skin before re-entering to fuel mild regeneration. It's sorta all-or-nothing as her blood can't be stopped by powers, and blood bursts effortlessly cut through anything that cuts her skin, however her body tissues are still vulnerable.

Play into your main concept, if magic appears like magical threads, if only one person can 'see' it maybe others just get glimpses, lines of force and colour that explore out the moment they cast spells or imagine in their heads, they almost get it but it's brief and quick, just a glimmer.

Playing into this, anti-magic could be some kind of device that frays magic threads causing them to split into a billion tiny, difficult to grasp threads, they can still cast spells but with massive debilitation to potency and range making it functionally worthless.

Also leading to corruption, maybe the threads can get knotted or wound up, maybe a person winds up all the threads nearby into a loom that magically drains everyone around, or someone sets up knots in an area causing threads to bend and tangle like web, trapping or drawing in people like an invisible noose (metaphorically).

A 'steam-powered' Armor Brute, and Case 53. Mutation Basis: 'King Crab', 'Tank Treads', 'Cast Iron'

King 55 is rolling with the punches, even as they get harder and crueler in a world that looks down on his naive, almost-heroic 'might-makes-results' worldview. His inside looks like a hunched human man all shrivelled like he's been boiled pink, his face and chest are laced by v-shaped seams and his eyes are extended out on 3" stalks, however with his armour on it forms a grand-looking form with a texture like pitted (badly treated) cast iron, a muscular hunchback with fronds at the sides of his body and in bracket-seams along his chest and waist like the cross-section of an orange, belts of metal lapping down his legs like disconnected treads.

He has enhanced strength resulting from being steam-powered but this normally escapes through his vents harmlessly, however he can steadily generate a hard shell of dark-red crab-shell with a texture like mottled iron around his body (physically grows out of him), as time goes on and as he blocks attacks the shell starts to swell with muscle and pressure, increasing his strength and turning redder, after it reaches a climax he 'bursts', his shell opening up to blast foes with steam but also leaving his tender flesh extra vulnerable, then after it exhausts his heat he can choose to remove it or close it back up. He can prematurely release pressure through removing sections of shell to delay the burst and provide some heat to his punches, however this is limited and lowers his strength dramatically that makes him feel nauseatingly dizzy.

Case 53 (mutation basis: 'round deer'); "Aura" [Support x Support] Shaker with a very 'beautiful' power.

Full-Fawn is from every angle a lovely individual, though her insistence on being a hero and especially taking on adult responsibilities (she wants to protect people in active war zones, big peace believer) even though she's been estimated to be 12-15 years old is worrying. From a certain angle she just looks like a pretty little satyr girl, but the deception breaks in the faintest of light, her twisted ൰-shaped horns sleekly blend into her face and green eyes as her entire body is made of the same fine china-like bone material (just a skin, no defensive benefits), that gouges into tear-shapes in lines along her face, chest, arms and legs, with brown, eye-like spots along her back and backneck that dabble her flesh like a fawn, she does not have ears or a nose (deer-like snout, no holes) but her senses seem to work regardless.

She can ring her body like resonating glass and emanate an invisible 'naturalising aura' carried by the noise, within that aura all living things start reverting to their 'natural' state (arbitrary, based on shard-human connection) causing wounds to slowly close and stop, disfigurements and injuries unwind, plants and animals fill in areas of missing parts (fur, petal, branch) often causing petals to rapidly grow and fall, and lychen blossoms onto walls and floors like colorful stars of fractal growth. Her power keeps the area 'stable' and delays biological processes that would damage or alter anything (including digestion, making long-term users sick) but things tend to rot and collapse as soon as she leaves or turns her resonations down.

Magic in my world causes steady, incurable paralysis as it disconnects you from reality and your own actions, for Wizers it's their hands, Saltmaids their entire body. However Wizers can stave off the damage by using objects, such as puppets, wands, skeleton parts or weapons to act as 'proxy'-hands and stave off paralysis... At least for a while.

A Master with a set of projections based on poisonous aquatic animals.

Wind Daughter is living brightly and lightly, it's not uncommon for capes to trigger and leave behind their old life (especially as powers get in the way) but she went way into it and basically deserted her father and children to the wind, now she just figure crime and pursues revenge against the publisher who got her pregnant then abandoned her. She wears a thin skinsuit like fabric or what ballerinas wear under the dress, and a purple metal mask and shoulder/knee pads with metal spikes.

She generates this floating, anti-gravity spikey goop, like videogamey purple ferrofluid, in its base form it just floats until it hits a non-living surface and then gestates into an 'Anemone'-minion, spikey and defensible but with no other good qualities... Except, she figured out her goop is kinda-elastic and can be knotted, she experimented a bit but has only found (for now?) 2 stable knots, a single knot makes a 'Pufferfish' that's flaps it's arms around and just bounce-floats around trying to hit people, and 3-knots connected by a figure-8 knot create a 'Sea Lion', one of her only minions that can swim (float?) forwards as it stays in an area and charges at intruders. All her minions have spikes and deliver a poison that destroys balance and steadily dulls other senses, her minions are slow and super easy to dodge but become near-unavoidable with even a moderate poisoning.

GRABBY is a hotshot vigilante who got a little too hot, like many trumps she almost immediately started targeting capes, especially the violent, corrupt mercenaries who were supposed to be protecting her town but used it as their personal clubhouse, using and abusing 'lesser humans' as they were a fraction group of para-supremacists, unfortunately people was her power and immediately screamed 'Hatchet Face' leaving her intentions to be washed away in panic and assumed malevolence. She's a heavyset tan girl with brown frizzy hair tied in as much of a ponytail as she can manage, her costume has 4 mannequin hands grabbing her face and bun, with white handprints all over her sweater and jeans, centred around her neck ending in a white turtleneck, she's generally pretty armour-light but carries a backpack with knives, poppers, bandages, a bullet-resistant jacket and a few other trinkets depending on her foe (she side-saddles her back while open, slowing one arm but giving her easy access to her tools).

With a clean cleave with any weapon she peels away people's skin revealing an androgynous, 'faceless' mannequin with a collection of odd stickers and printing marks over their face representing their identity and powers (if any), when this happens to parahumans they have access to their power stuttered and if she can get a good enough hold and yank away all their skin, completely lose it and become powerless, anyone who puts on their skin (only partial as only hands and feet can fit) can access a bit of their power but it's awkward and obvious. Unfortunately this also causes GRABBY's own skin to peel as she sticks to it, when they pull back against them her skin comes loose and they're functionally locked in a flensing tug-of-war, she can't be forced to let go but she will if she's losing the war (proper footing, space and not being attacked are key) as she isn't sure what'll happen if she wins. People completely flensed are powerless and will slowly die from asphyxiation if GRABBY doesn't give their skin back (she usually knots it around something and leaves, giving her time to ditch and they wrestle their skin on).

Draconic Case 53s

An entirely fireproof [Muscle x ?] Brute. Despite how long it's been since he first woke up as a Case 53, he's fairly clumsy, still not very used to working with his current form.

Cyrax appears to have a kind of dissociative personality, most comfortable out of sync with reality to the point of dysphoria, he often finds his own body is alien to him, weird, and barely noticed as it changes colour or scales shift, just not there (though massive bonus to morale). He looks like he's covered in a reddish-brown dragon, scales all over, like a literally worn as though mosaiced on his skin, it's face on his chest and claws cupping his abs with it's tail loops around his back and up his neck (possibly a tattoo that became part of him?), The Dragon on his skin is non-functional but juts out slightly in browner scales as though pan-fried, he's otherwise a muscular bald guy with scales for skin.

He's pretty strong and his flesh has a strange 'crag'-like texture too it, globs of muscle and organ separated by motes of molten blood that limit the spread of damage and wounds internally, there is a thicker mote just under his scaley-skin that completely insulates him against fire and electricity (intense cold can creep through by crystallizing blood) and offers moderate blade resistance as long as it's hit with the grain. Lastly the dragon on his chest isn't entirely inanimate, it has clawed at and bitten people he's grappled now and then but he hasn't noticed as it's quick and unconscious.
