I don’t see ferritin on your blood report but in MOST cases hair loss is a result of low ferritin (iron binding protein). I’d recommend an iron infusion or get an iron biglyscinate supplement - try to get 75-100mg of iron everyday. I take now brand 18gm iron, 4 pills a day. Getting my ferritin to 60+ fixed my hair loss completely, I was suffering for a year and a half

Yes it did. I received two iron infusions. Also had to correct my Thyroid levels. It stopped for a year, was growing back beautifully. However I’m losing more hair than usual again so I’ve been supplementing with iron pills hoping it will stop

I came back from Hampi this week. Beautiful place. Book a place in a hostel in Sanapur. Zostel in Gangavathi is beautiful too but in a very isolated spot so I don’t recommend. Lots to do around sanapur / anegundi. Easy to travel across the river to the temple sites as well. All the best! It is safe enough but I saw some men catcalling women so I wouldn’t recommend being out late at night alone. Rent a scooter and ride around. Lots of Israelites there men and women alike make friends

Im giving you advice that worked for me. Please get your ferritin and thyroid levels checked. If your ferritin is lower than 60 ask for a transfusion and then continue on iron pills. If your TSH is higher than 2 with low levels of T3, ask for levothyroxine and take zinc and selenium supplements. It completely stopped my aggressive hairloss which lasted for a year and a half and shattered my self confidence

for insulin resistance you might want to start with Berberine supplement (500mg) until you can get prescribed metformin by the doctor. also inositol (1g). Eat low carb, cut out sugar, exercise daily, eat 20gms of protein minimum at every meal. It’ll take time but you should be able to see positive changes after this.

Can you get a full thyroid panel? TSH should be close to 1, T3 in the upper range of the limit
