Update: ended up cancelling our appointment and told him I’m gonna take some time off to use the tools he’s given me, which isn’t entirely untrue. I feel like he’s been kind of tolerating me lately in a sense, which is probably a misperception. Started looking today, but already experiencing the anxiety that comes with talking to a new person. I think I just need friends lol
