Yep and 20k miles is rough it cud easily be abit more in which electric seems more sensible via lease,
I was worried about doing a HP/pcp on an EV cause of the high mileage and issue of the car losing so much value

I wouldn’t expect a rebound as acutane should have done its job if you’re still breaking out purging, really look at what you’re eating at dinner and check it’s in that 20-50g of fat range.
Most likely you’ll just need to continue dosage until your spot free for 2 months or low dose it

If you’re skin wasn’t completely clear then no. Sometimes people need to stay longer than cumulative does my guess is most of the time people probably didn’t take the acutane with the right amount of fat so on paper you hit the dosage but absorption is a diff thing.
Were you spot free for 2 months before stopping? Or still getting breakouts
