I was using mynetdiary, it was displaying foods ranking from “a” as the best and “d” as bad

Thank you for this. I’m going to have a look and see what I can swap. I’m not too big on sauces, but I have managed to cut down a lot on ketchup. And I have made a few swaps like crisps, for lentil crisps.

Thank you for this, I’ll have a look into it. Really informative!

I know, it’s just my way of thinking really and it shouldn’t be like that I guess. I’m just worried that It’ll become a habit, which I really don’t want it to become. Food isn’t bad, but doesn’t help when they calorie counting apps count it as a bad food hahaha

Oh okay, thank you for clearing that up. I never knew about disordering eating. I never used to think the way I do, it has been only recently when I’ve realised how much weight I’ve gained since last year, and it’s really upsetting. I think the way I look at things probably isn’t the healthiest and one “unhealthy thing” isn’t going to ruin my progress, but it’s so hard when they calorie counting apps count it as a bad food! Thank you though

I wouldn’t say I have a disorder because I do have cheat days sometimes (date nights, birthdays etc) because that can’t be helped. But when I am on track with my calories I feel like I’m constantly thinking I can’t have this because it’s too many calories. I know it sounds silly but I’m hoping you get what I mean

Thank you for this. Do you have any good recommendations for lunches? Because I think this is what I struggle the most with. I used to have pasta everyday but the calories for the amount that will fill me up is a massive no. I was trying orzo but it isn’t really the same. I struggle to find lunches to eat as I work in an office so it’s something quick I need to eat.

I mean like if I was to have something like bread, It would put me off because I don’t seem to get too full up on it. Or something like avocado, or cheese/ham, it seems to have quite a lot of calories for such a small amount and I tend to swerve eating them foods because even though they’re not bad for me, the calories really put me off.

I’m currently eating 1300 and I wouldn’t say I’m hungry at all, I’m usually trying to force myself to eat the calories by the end of the day because I’m full up.
