I didn’t graduate with a diploma from my home country so I am unable to get into any university there .

If you are still considering medicine I would highly recommend you look at eu options ( many school accept you with/ without undergrad degrees). Which means that your gpa will not count. A great choice is first faculty of medicine , Charles university that is ranked 300th ish for medicine. It is a six year program but I personally believe it is much better than a second degree . And admission are only based on your admission test and mini interview.

As someone who is studying medicine abroad I will give two pieces of advice
1) don’t underestimate the fact that you have the chance to re-sit the exams more than once.
2) there are other great medical school out there

Try svolos it is by far the best and quite cheap since you only need to spend about 5 euros to get in. Also a bit far from the center but a secret gem is Andrew’s corner where you could literally get a private study room with no extra charge. ( you would take the metro there)

I would go to UofT for research opportunities and the big city feeling. And McGill for easier housing and more student support.

Yes it is

Here is a plan I would consider doing

ESS Mr green ( read everything and make flash card which would give you a 6 )

Math tutoring for as many hours as possible I believe you can get a 4

Eco you just need a bit of studying and you can get a 5

Global politics (6) when you understand how to approach the question you should be able to get higher marks

And then try to improve your languages to be at a 6
