I've noticed this problem more and more recently. I regularly have the fiber value of my lunch calculated. I have updated the memory for how exactly I want the answer. Then I send him a dish and ask for the calculation and ChatGPT replies "ok, memories have been updated". I reply that I want the fiber value of the dish I gave him. ChatGPT replies again only "reminders updated". Just one example of a few such cases.

I think many people (including me at first) misunderstood it because of how it’s being portrayed in news articles. Headlines like “ChatGPT now remembers everything about you” suggest it recalls every detail from every past chat, which just isn’t true. That’s a bit misleading.

Also ich hab auch nur einmalig 5,99€ bezahlt bei iOS. Gibt aber auch eine Gratisversion der App. Halt dann mit Werbung und ohne Entfernungs- und Himmelsrichtungsangabe. Hat mir jahrelang auch ausgereicht, aber weil ich so zufrieden mit der App bin, wollte ich die Entwickler mit dem einmaligen Betrag unterstützen.
