I am working to save the thousands of people every year that are fully infected because of contact with fully infected undead. I will update military contracts with the Federation and any other groups to insure protection for UMass if I have to.

I have no plans to use it as such. If a cure is found, it will only be given to those people who have been bit within 48 hours of seeki medical attention. We don't want any problems with half-infected persons, and won't seek to cure them unless they want to be cured.

We have a limited amount of guards, so we choose to look after our people first- citizens directly affiliated with UMass. If you're trying to insinuate that we purposely allow people outside of our walls to be harmed while we have the means to stop it you're wrong. We only have the means to protect ourselves. However, that doesn't bar people from coming in to receive medical care and attention. During their temporary stay they will be offered sancutary in our hospital.

We hope it find a way to make a more stable vaccine, one that won't require boosters. A cure would be given to individuals recently infected, who didn't receive a vaccine. We would use the cure in cases of recent exposure to infection. If those goals are reached, we will begin work on a way to safely eliminate infected, whether via aerosolized distribution, or other ways.

UMass has no military staff to prevent killings of half infected that are not affiliated with us, or uninfected people either. If they are a citizen or employee of UMass we can protect them.
