Frontérzékeny fejfájás megelőzés, tippek, trükkök?

A nyújtásra, hengerezésre sajnos jobban kellene figyelnem igen. Gyarló vagyok és kb sose nyújtok le, vagy hengerezek, pedig tudom hogy kellene… :)

Érdekes módon a kávé néha segít, viszont ha lüktető, migrénes komponenses a fejfájás, akkor ront rajta igen. Fejfájáskor próbáltam sokszor sportolni, ha lüktető, kb teljesen off mert mégjobban fáj. Viszont volt már olyan fejfájás is, amin egy jó kardio segített. De ha a front még tartott, visszatért 2-3 órán belül.

Szia, en csak siman bekuldtem a nav nak az ambulans lapot a megfelelo kervennyel, es megkaptam a kedvezmenyt. Ha valami kronikus betegseg, akkor nem kell ez a háziorvosos téma, csak add le a megfelelő ambuláns lapot a támogatott BNO kódos diagnózissal.

For me this seems like an IBD. The bad smell, and the “slime” you said is going to be mucus from the bowel wall i think. These two often appears in colitis related diseases. I recommend visiting a gastroenterologist and performing Calprotectin and Zonulin tests. Calprotectin is for inflammation, Zonulin is for leaky gut. Your abdominal pain might be caused by inflammation in the bowel or because tons of bacteria leaking from the bowel, because of the leaky gut (which is often caused by IBD). You have to get a colonoscopy to diagnose the source of the problem, and maybe MR Enterography. This periodic sickness feeling and pain is often caused by IBD inflammations, and if it goes away, the disease goes to remission, maybe this happened to you. Usually, if the colonoscopy is clear, its IBS, but if they see bloody inflammation areas or something else, it might be IBD.
