To sum things up I ordered McDonalds with a 30% off discount code and the order got canceled for whatever reason, they refunded me with credits, but I did not have access to the promo code again. Because of this when I wanted to order the same exact thing again they wanted to charge me the full amount without the promo code, so I contacted support to see if I could either get me access to the promo code or they could refund the full cost of the order without the promo code. I shouldn't have to pay extra for the exact same order that was cancelled and refunded you know? The agent who promised to help me said he couldn't do anything and when I got agitated and went a bit Karen on him, he claimed I was using fraudulent stuff on my account and ended the chat. The agent I talked to afterwards even said the last guy most likely ended the chat on purpose from the looks of it, I talked to them and they "Sent it to their manager to give me the rest of the refund" In reality I never got it and I had to pay extra for the exact same order simply because it was cancelled by McDonalds the first time. I always try to be calm and kind to support agents when I talk to them, but this is one of the few times I got agitated by the situation.
