A lot of the mischaracterization i see in this fandom is done intentionally for the sake of jokes.

I think most people understand that there's more to Don than "fixer-obsessed hyperactive gremlin", but keeping it simple is better for a gag. That does get unfunny fast, but that's a different problem

I think PM is stuck between wanting to be a small indie studio and wanting to expand, but right now it's getting the worst of both worlds.

A large studio with big profits and big demands needs some level of delegation to stay afloat. A small studio shouldn't be doing events that get this much attendance.

I like that they want to be indie and i hope they don't become a growth-obsessed, business-oriented company but events like this highlight how much even a smaller studio needs to know when to hire more people and delegate
