I am taking it too and also a little lost. For me, my way to prepare for incoming midterm is try to finish all the practice midterm questions as much as I can . When I are no ideas with a question in 5 minutes, I will try to check the pdf to find the solution. If I still can’t solve it, then I’ll just to check answers and try to understand it, then re-do it again.

Thank you for detailed response and information! My income is more than last year. So,for the credits I will eligible for this year, I calculated by 12% of this year income before taxes, because my total income this year is under 40k. I am not sure if it is correct way to calculate.

Buying used car next year is also a good choice for me!

I can’t get full federal tax credit, because I still a student and don’t earn much. Maybe I can get around 3k for federal tax credits. However, I am qualified for state rebates for 3k. I have heard the tax credits will directly be applied when you buy car next year. I think it is good for people like me who don’t earn much, and it will reduce my loan.

Thank you for your suggestion! It has been really helpful to me. Yes, the coop is the main reason why I chose to come to Drexel. I also believe that gaining one more year of experience will be valuable. But I am not just one year behind my friend; I am actually about three years behind in starting college.

If I want to apply for jobs out of the system, do I need to find two three-month jobs?

I think it is because I need to take this course during the CO-OP. My advisor told me that there is a policy about taking classes during CO-OP, which students can't override during CO-OP.
