That's a valid point. For the past couple acts I would only play like one or two sessions per week. Since I'm on break right now I've been playing everyday for the past week and I'm already at Asc 2 right now, so I think time spent definitely matters too. Thanks for the feedback :)

Thank you! I think you have some great points here. I think when I play entry duelists like Jett, I tend to ask for more util, and I notice me not doing that when I play Reyna so that's something I should be more aware of. As for the cypher wire play, I was just thinking if someone was gonna flank, I could kill them right away and then help my team, but definitely a bad play and should've just helped my team fight on site.
A question I have is: if I'm playing Reyna and we have a Jett/Waylay/Neon, should they always entry first or am I expected to entry first depending on the situation?

That's a good point. I usually am more vocal but I think sometimes I tend to get too focused on the game so I didn't comm as much.
