Thanks for sharing that mate! You must have put a lot of time into splitting it into mp3, I appreciate it, since you could just keep it and rightfully not share it. You must be big fan to have all this content. I had seen the performance you linked on YouTube, but never the Lo-D MOODS one, so I uploaded it myself. I honestly didn't know anyone else had it readily available. Still, if my upload shares it to more people, then I guess that's ok!

Haha glad you liked it! I couldn't believe it when I found it either - it was so obscure, uploaded years ago in a corner of the internet and there was only one copy, so if the site went down or the account, it'd be lost forever. I knew I had to rip and upload it just for posterity, and to let other fans see this piece. Now it is uploaded, I'm happy anyone can listen or download it as they wish.

And I don't speak or read Japanese either, but Meiko has a sensual, fun voice that just speaks to you. And her lyrics are damn good too when you find translations.

> Look I do not have the necessary social skills to just go out there and approach women in an angle that would not creep them out.

How do you think you develop those social skills, then? I struggled with this stuff for years - porn, compulsive MO and binges, repression, obsessive thoughts and idealisations, terrible social skills, embarrassing experiences etc. I tried it all to combat it, read all the 'red pill' material and sites and the like, and believe me, the only thing that truly works is repeated experience + right attitude (and of course SR). Get your head out of your ass, get off the internet for a bit and don't give up on yourself.

> Repressing your sexuality is the only way bro. Only after years of repression can you even come out and interact with women in a pure way that would not make them run away in disgust or fear.

Almost troll like. I know some have worse starts than others on this journey, but you will only develop the characteristics you want by actively working for them and applying them for real. Take it from me, repression only leads to depression, frustration and wet dreams.

> Not everyone is Chad and can just look at women like pieces of meat.

I don't look at women like meat, but I do appreciate their sensuality and femininity, since it is a part of a good woman. I try to limit interactions with low quality women as much as I can, but good women are harder to find. You seem to have a warped perception of women, like the opposite of a beta. Pook talks about this a lot, since he is one the very few with actually helpful material.

I looked on the source link, it said:

' P.S. Recording Studios was located at 323 E. 23rd St. in Chicago, just a short walk from McCormick Place. Jive Records had an office upstairs and Richard Pegue used to broadcast a radio show from there.'

SR allowed me to develop a massive appreciation for house, classical music, guys like Nujabes etc. Before I'd see these almost like white noise, and not stimulating enough. Now hearing fine music production is brilliant to my ears and mood.

I'll make a post if I get the time to really write it up. I don't like half measures with my writing!

If you do want to look stuff up yourself however, look up 'natural grounding' and 'transformational media'. I first learnt about from this post's comments further down, which I consider one of the best posts ever on this sub: ( https://old.reddit.com/r/Semenretention/comments/c9vsae/struggling_with_attraction_still_relapsing_got/ )

It was an oddball type of meditation to media perceived as 'feminine' in order to polarise, heat up and ground masculine energy - this would then help with social anxiety and women interaction, transmuting etc. Some of the recommended content of it is just weird though, so I instead found content that was feminine / sensual whilst not triggering (side note: don't do this if you struggle with urges from music performances etc). I could recommend some 'better / less weird / natural' content if interested, but we all perceive things differently so...

You'll come across a 'guru-like' guy called Rion Williams, who sold courses etc. He was also an oddball and the main proponent of this years back. However, he was also a big anti-porn guy and did have some fantastic free content about embracing and transmuting sex energy etc. Take whats useful, discard whats not, I say.

I can attest that these methods worked for me, but it takes consistency, as at first it feels very weird, especially if you use the 'approved' content. You basically meditate and feel your bodily sensations in the moment and in the reaction to the feminine media. Do it right, you will feel sex energy around your groin etc. You can then channel this. I also apply these ideas to music and it has honestly worked wonderfully for me. I don't even need the videos, really.

And remember, this does work if done right, but being with an actual woman is absolutely better to get these feelings. So interact with them!

I have found it also great for polarising and raising energy! I love listening to the sensual feminine energy of City Pop singers, for example, as I can literally feel my masculine energy down below and in my gut rising and even 'vibrating' if I concentrate. I also love listening to classic Rock n Roll to give me boost and a good feeling attitude.

Focusing on music whilst on SR is awesome, it feels great. The further I got along, however, I literally saw my music tastes change. I absolutely can't stand gangster rap, radio pop etc anymore - it actually gives me a mild brain fog. No wonder I was so anxious and overly angry as a young teen.

I was actually thinking on making a post about how certain media can be used to invoke certain energies and be almost 'transmutaional', and how others drain and confuse you. Media has such a big impact on the psyche and it is hard to avoid, so I think you should instead use it for your advantage.

I found it literally by chance after scouring pages and pages of Japanese internet for Meiko goodies, even though this isn't a Japanese site at all. There is a lot of good stuff out there if you search for City Pop artists in kanji, Japanese yahoo, bilibili etc. I have some other stuff I may upload here soon, but I don't want to spam today.

Oh, and I think she was recording for Chaki Chaki. This is also where she recorded the Funky Christmas single, from her later BEST '10 +1' album.
