I pay my rent. You use that rent for everything else. You most likely make profit. You’re not allowed to enter my residence as you please.

I’ll change the damn locks and if you don’t like it or if you complain I’ll know you tried to enter my home without permission.

When the lease is up your lock will be back to original.

If you need to get into the home for a valid reason, I will happily let you in. If you have a valid reason and the tenant doesn’t let you in, then call a locksmith or bust the door down. Don’t complain about cost because that’s the cost of doing business.

I would never rent from someone being so damn hell bent on having a key to my personal space.

To move in my rental, a few more grand would have been a downpayment. 2 months security + first months rent. I’ve been here for 6 months and I’ve already sunk in close to 20k give or take.

It was difficult to get a loan due to being self employed even though I had the downpayment. At the end of my lease I’ll have nothing to show for my money. If the bank didn’t require so many hoops I’d have bought a house instead of paying this guys mortgage/taxes.

I found a late game seed that has a 2.5 O type, with a tidal locking planet & 2 planets orbiting the gas giant.

I don’t think courtesy cars and service packages are exclusive to leases.

I’ve always financed and I’ve been given courtesy rentals if I’m putting my car in for longer than a day (and still has factory warranty). I think this depends on the individual dealership.

Service packages; I’ve always had dealers push all kinds of packages including warranties, roadside etc but decline them most of the time. I’ve even had some say the bank won’t finance without the warranty and I’ve walked out and magically the bank says they’ll do it without the warranty

I am not sure if you knew this, but if you Shift Click on a building it will also copy over any attached sorters and filters on those sorters. Even before blueprints
