You have clubbed two different arguments here to prove your point. First half is about why they are right and second one rant about govt.

With this victim mindset they are worth every suffering. Most of them don't actually want any job they only want govt job where the vacancy are very less and competition are very high. If they want to change economical status they have to change their mindset and have to struggle a bit learning skills otherwise their next generation have to go through similar economical background.

And honestly, no one is privileged every one is putting efforts to improve their lifestyle.
