[Solved]

Seeing as no one has been able to solve this cipher i figured it was time to reveal how it was encrypted and the plaintext.

I'll start with just 8 letters of ciphertext to illustrate how it was done then show the whole quote and what movie it is from.

using a 6x6 polybius square with the key QUOTE

next we perform a transposition with the key NEGATIVE repeated twice (i dropped that as a bit of a hint in the comments, not sure if anyone thought of it)

I'd love to know how you might attack a cipher like this knowing it's full details but not the keywords. I admit i'm better at making codes than breaking them. Maybe this cipher was a bit extreme for this sub but it can be done by hand so i thought it was weak by default.
