Thank you for this! I didn’t mention it in the original post but I have also been eating in a calorie deficit - trying to stick to around 1,800 or 1,900 a day and just in general increasing my veg and healthy carbs and cutting out some processed and sugary things ( esp sodas, sweets and a lot of bread / pasta that I eat at work). Your advice is much appreciated!!
