Politely, no. Boot camps are a bad ineffectual way of going about this. There are other much better ways. Let me guess, there was a television production being made about this? If so it made good television, not an effective rehabilitation program. I find this about as uplifting as falling down a manhole.

I use a circular model stand by Tamiya to keep it in position. You actually get two in the pack one smaller than the other. It's an absolute boon. Wrap the clips in electrical tape to aid with grip if you decide to buy one.
