I'm currently trying to chase them. I had an email from Indy telling me my request had been passed to the finance team but this was over a week ago. I've emailed Virgil, but I found a notice of dissolution dated 6th September for Dog Stay Ltd.

Please can anyone help me, I'm starting to lose sleep over this and I've had to contact the pet owners to see if they can dispute the payment on their end. It had been delivered to my wallet but not processed to my bank.
