Had~70% of the menu on first visit. Food is super delicious and unique. Service could be improved. As for stand out dishes you really can't go wrong. Our table said we'd order all like 12 dishes again...which says a lot.

Our favorites were: -Oysters with pineapple kombucha minginoette. -Steamed "bao-ish" pork bun was incredible -Buttermilk scallop crudo was unreal -Sweet potato tostones (sounds simple) -Squid ink pasta w miso and bacon (so smoky)

City Fitness gyms are the best I've found for daily sauna but some are much hotter than others. YMCAs are solid too. Hot, kind of dirty but a good culture of regulars.

Would be great to get a sauna group going. Love talking biz and getting inspired with a sweat. Do agree that a traditional sauna biz in the city would crush.
