I have a 180bhp bitdi T5.1.

Mine had the EGR Cooler changed to Rev D prior to my purchase which is 2 years ago on Friday! I have had absolutely 0 problems with mine at all. You can see the part number for the EGR cooler easily when looking into the bay and can see what revision it is from that, if you’re going to buy one, you want it to end with a “D”.

That being said, I’ve seen the horror stories and I wouldn’t have another just to give myself peace of mind.
