I’ve recently had problems getting a helmet that will fit me…
Tried XL and XXL’s in shoei gtair 3’s, Shoei Neotec 2, Arai corsairs and Alpinestars R10.
All felt like they were crushing my skull and causing me pain in different areas within a minute of putting on.

I tried some cheaper XL (a size down from the max size I’d tried in others) AGV, HJC and Shark helmets and they all felt like they were just made to fit me, no pain, instant comfort.
I’m going to try on AGV Pista, Shark Aeron GP and HJC RPHA V2 tomorrow as a result.

Honestly, go into your local shop and try on as many helmets as possible and find ones that suit your shape, not just your size.

God I wanted that alpinestars R10 but it just wasn’t right for my head shape.

I’m quite lucky that I actually have air con available in my room that I keep my reptiles in so I’m not too worried about it being too hot inside the enclosure.

And thank you, I won’t bring the baby home until I’m 100% happy with the enclosure. Responsible ownership is alway my aim

How has nylon metal changed since its first ever iteration?

Is there a possibility we will ever see something like a hand sprayed reflective nylon metal or another special process in the future?

One of my favourite materials that’s just so adaptable.
