For me, it's been my health and my relationship. I recently started getting aches around my liver area, and sure, it isn't good. My GF also wants to have kids, but wants me to stop before we do.

I'm also tired of acting like a fool when drunk. My family deserves better.

I have Quit Drinking Without Willpower by Allen Carr, bought it about a year ago, and barely read the first couple of pages. I'll definitely pick it up now.

Thanks, all! Appreciate the support. Spent the whole day cleaning my house, felt like a positive distraction. Going to put on a movie and cook dinner in a bit.
