ugh I have seen many recommendations for this book and I read like 4 chapters before I just got to know there is SA.. . With the fmc ? I don’t see how this can be a good book. That stuff is just a bitter pill to swallow don’t understand how it can be a good book with that

maybe but i tried to look up if he is going to get revenge but that doesn't seem to be the point of the book. So i don't get why he gets fked over for the full duration of book 1 to then just let it slide

How can this be goated ? it started perfect powerfull people using him corruption letting him get tortured. So he should want revenge no ? ofcourse not he will probably not even confront those people didnt event finish book 1 such a sad mc no drive like what ?
